All trash, debris, appliances, carpet, furniture, etc are removed from the property on the same day. We will remove it all, which includes interior and exterior. Abandoned vehicles will also be removed upon request. Most properties will be completed the same day with no trace of dumpsters (please identify any bricks, concrete or trees that need to be removed and may have an additional charge.)

A&D Properties  packages your eviction and debris removal so that your property is ready for conveyance within 24 hours. Our complete clean-out service includes interior and exterior debris removal, carting, disposal and complete professional overall cleaning.

We also provide full documentation services. We can take still photographs as well as digital video documentation which can be transmitted and viewed on your computer. The documentation can also be saved on a disk for future reference and to safeguard you against future litigation.
