How we handle it
Every trashout starts with documentation. We photograph the property as we find it, note anything that looks like it may be a personal-property claim, and flag hazards such as suspected asbestos, sharps, or biohazard before anyone starts hauling. That protects you from a dispute later and keeps the crew safe. Volume is recorded so the invoice matches what actually left the property, and the completed file comes back with a full photo set suitable for a servicer or investor.

- We handle personal property according to the instructions on the work order and applicable local requirements. If we arrive and the property appears occupied, we stop and report back rather than proceeding.
- What happens to hazardous material?
- We do not haul hazardous material as part of a standard trashout. We identify it, photograph it, and report it so remediation can be scoped and authorized separately.
- Will I get photo documentation?
- Yes. Before, during, and after photographs are part of every trashout, along with a record of what was removed.
