How we handle it
Sales clean is the last thing that happens before a property is photographed and shown, so it gets checked against how it will actually be seen: the approach from the street, the entry, the kitchen, the bathrooms. We finish with a photo set you can hand to an agent, and flag anything still visibly wrong that a clean cannot solve.
