Using this site
This site is operated by A&D Property Services, Inc. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Requests are not a contract
Submitting a request through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement for work, and it is not an acceptance of any scope or price. Work is performed under a separate work order or agreement, and scope, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed there.
Emergency requests
Emergency coverage runs after 5pm on weekdays, and around the clock on weekends. A form submission is not a guaranteed dispatch. If a property is open, flooding, or otherwise getting worse, call (773) 985-6991 rather than relying on a form.
Accuracy of what you tell us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including the property address and your authority to request work at that property. We rely on it to dispatch crews.
Payments
Payment instructions on this site describe how to send payment and how to report it so it posts to the correct account. Reporting a payment is not the same as the payment clearing.

The content, branding, and photography on this site belong to A&D Property Services, Inc. or are used with permission. Do not reproduce them without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Do not rely on this site as your only route to reach us in an urgent situation.
