Property Preservation Wizard
The client work order stays in the client system.
PPW is an industry platform for property-preservation and field-service operations. Organizations can use it to manage work orders, field documentation, completion records, and invoicing. Available functions depend on the client's PPW account, modules, rules, and permissions.
If your organization places work with A&D through PPW, the office will confirm the exact client company, work types, contacts, and handoff before the first live order.
What PPW can handle
Use native order, photo, and completion controls first.
A&D does not need to recreate client-side PPW functions on this public website. The website is for requests, office contact, and onboarding.
Work-order management
Client instructions, assignments, status, recurring controls, and order history can stay in the client account.
Field documentation
PPW offers mobile photo capture, photo requirements, location and timestamp controls, check-in, and office QC features.
Results and invoicing
Completion records, PCR forms, bid and completion items, Ready for Office checks, and invoices can be managed in PPW when enabled for the account.
Before the first order
Confirm the handoff once, then keep it consistent.
