What we look for

  • Property preservation experience: trashouts, board-ups, rekeys, lawn, winterizations
  • Crews able to work across Cook, Will, Kane, and Lake counties
  • Photo documentation on every job, without being chased for it
  • Reliable turnaround and clear communication on delays

What you will need to provide

  • General liability insurance with current certificate
  • Workers compensation coverage where applicable
  • Completed W9
  • Business entity details and any applicable licenses
  • Counties and service types you cover
  • References from comparable work
