A&D Property Services has over 30 years of experience in the property preservation industry. This includes field services, property inspection, property registration, and market-ready services. We ensure that each property under our management is safe, secure, properly maintained, and consistent with all applicable guidelines.
A&D has extensive asset management experience, which allows us to provide a turnkey solution for all aspects of default property management. During the past three decades we have worked with our clients and vendors to ensure properties are secure, free of health and safety hazards, and always presented in optimum marketable condition.
