Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly through this site:

  • Service requests: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and what you tell us about the work.
  • Applications: for contractor and employment applications, business and personal details, work history, references, eligibility information, and any documents you upload.
  • Payment reports: the invoice reference, property address, and amount you report. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials on this site.
  • Calls: if you call our published number, the call may be handled by an automated assistant. The assistant must tell you before recording begins. When that notice is active, the call may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so your request is not lost. If the notice is not active, the system does not retain a recording link.

Technical information

To keep the forms working and to block automated abuse, we record limited technical information with each submission, including a hashed form of your IP address, your browser user agent, and timing signals. We use a bot-protection challenge on forms. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your request and carry out the work
  • To contact you about a property, an application, or an invoice
  • To keep records that our clients and municipalities require
  • To detect and block spam and abuse

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to do the work: with the contractor assigned to your property, with the client, servicer, or investor who placed the work order, with a municipality where a filing requires it, and with the service providers who run our systems such as hosting, database, and email delivery. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Records tied to property work are retained as long as needed to meet client, contractual, and legal record-keeping requirements. Application drafts you start and do not finish expire automatically after 30 days. Files tied only to rejected or quarantined submissions are removed after 30 days. Call recording references and raw provider call data are removed after 90 days. Call transcripts and summaries are removed after 24 months. Declined application records are scheduled for archival after 24 months.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact us using the details below. We will need enough information to confirm who you are before acting on the request.
