Accessibility
What we build to, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Our commitment
This site is built to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement here, not a retrofit.
What that means in practice
- Every page is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
- A skip link jumps straight to the main content
- Every form control has a real label, and errors are announced, not only colored
- Text meets AA contrast; our brand red is reserved for large text, icons, and borders
- Animation respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system
- Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Headings follow a real outline so the page can be navigated by structure
Known limitations
Some provider-backed features depend on external services and may be temporarily unavailable. Each form provides a phone alternative and keeps entered information available after a recoverable error.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Tell us the page and what happened.
